How to return goods if…

You changed your mind

You may return any unwanted item to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked. The following conditions apply:

  • Goods are accompanied by a proof of purchase and details of how to process a refund.
  • Goods remain in their original packaging and are fit for resale.
  • Goods are returned at the customer's expense (postage will not be refunded).
  • Goods have not been ordered in as a special order for the customer.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to see that the goods arrive safely with us at the above address and arrive within 28 days of receipt.

Goods have arrived damaged or faulty

If you have received goods which are faulty or have been damaged in transit we will offer a full refund or exchange. The following conditions apply:

  • Goods are accompanied by a proof of purchase, details of how to process a refund, and a description of the fault or damage.
  • Goods must have been faulty from new. (f they have developed a fault, please see below).
  • We will pay the cost of return postage.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to see that the goods arrive safely with us at the above address and arrive within 28 days of receipt.
  • If goods have been damaged in transit, please keep the original packaging until you have spoken to us. We may need proof of damage to make a claim with the courier.

Goods have been sent in error

If you have received goods in error (our mistake) we will offer a full refund or exchange. The following conditions apply:

  • Goods are accompanied by a proof of purchase, details of how to process a refund, and a description of the error.
  • We will pay the cost of return postage.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to see that the goods arrive safely with us at the above address and arrive within 28 days of receipt.

Goods have developed a fault over time

If your product has developed a fault over a period of time and you feel that this is below an accepted standard, please contact us before taking any further action. We handle a very wide variety of goods with various life expectancies.
